Business Development Associate
Location: Remote (United States) with option to work on-site if already located in Atlanta.
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $25,000 base salary + performance bonuses (up to $200,000 total OTE)
About Nutreska
Nutreska is a science-first supplement brand focused on clinically responsible formulations, with a particular emphasis on sleep health and low-melatonin solutions. We work at the intersection of research, consumer education, and retail distribution.
We are now looking for a Business Development Associate to help expand Nutreska’s retail footprint and build a high-performing affiliate ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Secure retail placement for Nutreska supplements in brick-and-mortar stores, wellness shops, pharmacies, and specialty retailers
- Develop and manage relationships with retail buyers and distributors
- Recruit, onboard, and support a network of online affiliates and partners
- Identify and negotiate affiliate partnerships across content, social, and performance channels
- Track performance metrics and optimize partner relationships based on results
- Represent Nutreska professionally with a strong understanding of our science-first positioning
- Attend relevant conferences across the U.S. (including those on weekends)
Requirements
- Proven experience getting supplement or wellness products into retail stores
- Demonstrated success building or managing an affiliate or partner network
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Understanding of supplements, health, or wellness markets is strongly preferred
We don't care if you have a college degree - no nutritional knowledge or STEM knowledge is required as this is a partnership/sales role. You will be expected to learn and understand the science behind our supplements with the guidance of our product team.
